Terms of agreement
The „Faces of Joy“ contest is open to people who live in Europe and who will be at least eight-teen (18) years old as of Mar. 1, 2010.
Employees and immediate families of BMW AG, and/or any entity involved in any relationship with BMW or the Geneva Motor Show are not eligible. This non-eligibility extends to the “immediate family“ of the aforementioned entitys.
You may participate in this contest while using the BMW X1 ski simulator at the Geneva Motor Show, starting from march, 2 2010 and ending march, 14 2010. The three users with the highest score will
Any person submitting an photo via the „Identify yourself“-Form will participate in this contest and warrants that he or she is at least eight-teen (18) years of age. You may enter this contest from march, 2 2010 to march, 21 2010.

The contest follows the german Law, the jurisdiction for all legal disputes resulting from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of Munich/Germany.
